Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Deliver excellent customer service across assigned support channels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Required Skills
Fluency in English (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Work Schedule
5 working days per week
Rotational shifts
