Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our International Non-Voice Process team. The role primarily involves handling customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience without voice-based interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing platforms.
Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer issues.
Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Stay updated on product and process knowledge to provide effective customer support.
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Undergraduate (relevant experience preferred).
Required Skills
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Good typing speed with accuracy (30–35 WPM preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email/chat platforms.

Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as within a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
