A Mega Walk-in Drive is being conducted to hire candidates for multiple customer-facing roles across international and domestic processes. Openings are available in Voice, Non-Voice, and Semi-Voice processes for both freshers and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through calls, emails, or chat based on the assigned process.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Deliver technical assistance for technical support processes.
Promote products and services to achieve sales targets (Sales Process).
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and process guidelines.
Meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
Eligibility
Education: Minimum PUC (12th Pass)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Required Skills

Salary
Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
