About the Role
As an IAM Security Analyst, you will manage enterprise identities and access, ensuring users have the appropriate level of access to systems while maintaining security and compliance. The role focuses on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), access governance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain access governance programs and policies.
Define and enforce:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)
Ensure adherence to:
Least Privilege
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Develop and manage enterprise access certification programs.
Design and administer Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) policies and procedures.
Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.
Handle user:
Onboarding
Offboarding
Role changes
Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams.
Maintain IAM documentation, reports, and security metrics.
Support IAM platforms, including participation in an on-call rotation.
Required Skills

Experience with:
