Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals for the AR Caller role within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to follow up on medical claims, resolve payment issues, and support revenue recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Follow-Up
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
Analyze claim status and identify reasons for non-payment.
Accounts Receivable Management
Work on claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies.
Ensure timely resolution of outstanding receivables.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Documentation & Reporting
Accurately document call outcomes and claim updates.
Maintain records of insurance follow-ups and resolutions.
Update internal systems with relevant claim information.
Performance Management
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
Maintain quality standards and compliance requirements.
Achieve performance metrics related to collections and claim resolution.
