Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale ERP-to-cloud data migration and analytics programs. This role requires complete ownership of delivery, especially for ERP-integrated analytics platforms built on modern cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP data migration and analytics projects
Manage migration from legacy ERP systems to cloud-based analytics platforms
Own full project lifecycle: planning → execution → governance → closure
Build and manage detailed project plans (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies)
Coordinate across:
ERP functional teams
Data engineering teams
Analytics teams
Business stakeholders & vendors
Drive ETL workflows using:
AWS Glue
Amazon S3
Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
Oversee:
Data validation & reconciliation
UAT, cutover, and go-live
Conduct governance meetings, reporting, and executive communication
Ensure data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption

Required Skills & Experience
15–20 years of Project Management experience
Strong expertise in ERP data migration / modernization
Proven track record in analytics & data engineering delivery
Deep understanding of:
ETL pipelines
Data migration risks & mitigation
Hands-on experience with AWS-based data platforms
Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
Excellent communication and execution mindset
Results-driven approach (delivery-focused)
