Job Summary

Instrumentation and Control Solutions (ICS) is hiring experienced IT Desktop Support professionals for Bangalore locations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Manufacturing IT (MFG-IT), Plant IT, or QC-IT environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

This role requires expertise in regulated IT environments, pharma compliance standards, user support, backup management, and system administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide IT desktop and technical support in manufacturing and plant environments.
Support QC-IT and MFG-IT operations within regulated pharma environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform backup management and data restoration activities.
Maintain IT system inventory and asset tracking.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Ensure compliance with Pharma IT guidelines and SOPs.
Support validation and compliance activities related to regulated systems.

2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Pharma Manufacturing IT environments preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in regulated and process-driven environments.
