Job Overview

Adept Scribes Private Limited is looking for Debt Collection Executives to join its on-site team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who have strong communication and negotiation skills and are committed to delivering a professional customer experience while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through phone calls and emails regarding outstanding payments.
Negotiate suitable repayment plans based on customers’ financial situations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates.
Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection regulations and company policies.
Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts for further action when required.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and account discrepancies.
Deliver a courteous, professional, and customer-focused experience throughout the collection process.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass or above.
Experience: 0–1 year in Debt Collection, Tele Collections, Customer Support, or a related field.
Fresh candidates with relevant skills may also be considered.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, dialers, Microsoft Office, and computer applications.
Willingness to work in assigned shifts.
Preferred Documents
DRA Certificate (if applicable).
Valid Police Verification / Police Clearance Certificate.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience).
Full-Time, Work From Office.
