Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries through voice-based interactions.
Provide prompt and professional support to customers.
Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues effectively.
Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.
Communication & Problem Resolution
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Documentation & Compliance
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and data security requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Experienced candidates are welcome.
Previous International Voice Process or Customer Support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills Required
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work in night shifts.

Night Shift Allowance: ₹4,400 per month
