Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a BPO Voice Process role. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and be ready to join immediately.
Eligibility
Education: As per company requirements.
Experience: Freshers to 2 years.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle voice-based customer interactions professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a BPO environment and rotational shifts if required.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products or services.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions accurately in company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Experience
Freshers are eligible.
Up to 2 years of BPO or customer support experience is preferred.
