Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.

Respond to customer queries professionally.

Provide accurate information and resolution to customers.

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Follow company processes and communication guidelines.

Record customer interactions and update required systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresher or up to 2 years of BPO/customer support experience.

Excellent communication skills in:

Hindi
