Job Summary
A leading multinational company is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice (US Customer Support) process. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Record customer interactions and update call details accurately in the system.
Meet key performance metrics, including:
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
First Call Resolution (FCR)
Call Quality
Average Handling Time (AHT)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain process compliance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–4 years in:
International BPO
Voice Process
Customer Support
Call Center Operations
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Willingness to work Night Shift (US Time Zone).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
