Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Record customer interactions and call details accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and CSAT.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
0–4 years of experience in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support.
Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
Willingness to work US night shifts.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
