Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, or Blended support channels.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation management.
