Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for International Voice and Non-Voice Process roles. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who possess strong communication skills and are willing to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice calls, email, or chat based on the assigned process.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to international customers.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality standards.
Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC) or above.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Salary

Freshers:

₹18,000–₹19,000 take-home per month
Up to ₹23,000 CTC
Quarterly bonus and attractive incentives

Experienced Candidates:

₹23,000–₹28,000 take-home per month
Up to ₹30,000 CTC
Quarterly bonus and attractive incentives
