We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and deliver exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and offerings.

Customer Support

Sales & Lead Generation

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information and service requests in the system.
Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Performance & Quality

Qualifications
Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, BPO, or customer care roles will be an added advantage.
