Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for leading E-commerce and Banking clients. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering a high standard of customer service through voice and non-voice support channels, depending on the process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to banking or e-commerce products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process standards.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate degree (Mandatory).
Experience: Freshers to 5 years of experience.
Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Age Criteria
Banking Process: Up to 31 years
E-commerce Process: Up to 35 years
