Job Summary

Best InfoSystems is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for experienced professionals to acquire new clients across the IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare staffing domains. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on client acquisition, business partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare sectors.
Generate leads through:
Cold calling
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Email campaigns
Referrals
Networking
Build strong relationships with HR managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and business reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
1–20 years of Business Development or Client Acquisition experience.
Experience in IT, Non-IT, or Healthcare staffing is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong lead generation and deal-closing abilities.
Experience with:
CRM tools
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
MS Office
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
