Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Claims Associates with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims processing and adjudication. The role involves supporting global customers, reviewing insurance claims, ensuring accurate adjudication, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process and adjudicate insurance claims accurately.
Review claim documentation and validate claim information.
Handle voice or semi-voice claim-related interactions.
Analyze claims and determine appropriate outcomes based on policy guidelines.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of claim activities.
Support global customers (excluding China and Japan).
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time requirements.
