Job Summary
Longitude Constructions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning, quantity surveying, client coordination, vendor management, and AutoCAD drafting skills while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Create project execution plans considering risks, resources, and deadlines.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Conduct project site visits and track execution activities.
Client & Business Coordination
Coordinate with new and prospective clients through lead generation activities.
Schedule and organize client meetings.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates.
Support business development initiatives and process improvements.
Quantity Surveying & Estimation
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Obtain final BOQ approvals.
Perform quantity surveying and project estimations.
Monitor project costs and report budget overruns.
Billing & Financial Tracking
Prepare invoices and project bills.
Follow up on customer payments.
Maintain records of invoices issued and payments received.
Track outstanding amounts as per BOQ payment schedules.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Coordinate procurement activities and vendor settlements.
Manage supplier relationships and vendor communications.
Source new products, catalogs, and vendors.
Coordinate material requirements with site engineers.
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of construction materials.
Site Coordination
Receive instructions from architects and communicate them to site engineers.
Track implementation and completion of site instructions.
Coordinate activities among project stakeholders.
Technical Responsibilities
Prepare technical documentation and project records.
Draft engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Support project estimation and construction planning activities.
