Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate SaaS solutions.
Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and management reports.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
Lead negotiations, close enterprise deals, and ensure contract compliance.
Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in B2B sales.
At least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
