Apna is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for an on-ground field sales role in Bangalore. The role focuses on acquiring Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients, conducting in-person meetings, and driving customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Report to the assigned location every morning for the team stand-up.
Conduct 20 in-person meetings daily with HRs or business decision-makers.
Record all meetings in the CRM system in real time.
Generate leads and onboard SMB clients.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and onboarding targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Eligibility
Graduate or above.
0–10 years of sales or business development experience.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
