White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Executives to acquire new IT and ITeS recruitment clients. The role focuses on client acquisition, recruitment sales, and coordinating with the internal recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Bangalore (Office-based with client visits as required)

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new IT and ITeS clients for recruitment services.
Understand client hiring requirements, especially for lateral IT recruitment.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely candidate delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing or HR is an added advantage.
Experience in:

Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
