SANCTUS is hiring BPO / Call Center Executives for its Bengaluru office. This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the BPO/ITES industry.

12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (as per company requirements)
Experience
Freshers are welcome.
0–3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through calls.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
Required Skills
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service orientation.
Problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in a BPO/Call Center environment.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Salary
₹1.0 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA
Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
