Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers for the US Healthcare Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in physician or hospital billing, AR calling, and end-to-end denial management. This role involves communicating with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and maximize reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities
Perform AR calling for physician and hospital billing accounts.
Follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims.
Analyze and resolve end-to-end claim denials.
Verify claim status, payment details, and eligibility information.
Initiate appeals and reprocess claims when required.
Document call outcomes and update billing systems accurately.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
Required Skills
Experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
Strong knowledge of Physician and Hospital Billing.
Expertise in End-to-End Denial Management.
Understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of medical coding and insurance processes is an advantage.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling.
Experience in US Healthcare Voice Process is mandatory.
Knowledge of physician billing, hospital billing, and insurance claim follow-up.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience).
