Key Responsibilities
Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
Analyze and resolve billing issues and insurance denials.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all calls.
Follow healthcare compliance, quality, and productivity standards.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Coordinate effectively to ensure timely claim resolution.
Requirements
6 months – 4 years of experience in:
AR Calling
Medical Billing
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work US night shifts.
Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology is an advantage.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
