Key Responsibilities

Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.

Analyze claim status and identify reasons for non-payment or denial.

Resolve billing issues and insurance denials through effective follow-up.

Document call outcomes and account updates accurately in the system.

Maintain compliance with client, quality, and productivity standards.

Achieve daily and weekly collection and performance targets.

Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional information is required.

Eligibility

Experience: 6 months to 4 years in:

AR Calling

Medical Billing

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
