Job Description
Irisidea is looking for a passionate AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications and autonomous agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready AI/ML applications, developing intelligent workflows, and implementing advanced AI solutions using modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering
– Design and integrate LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and open-source model APIs.
– Develop and optimize prompts for accuracy, safety, and cost efficiency.
– Implement structured output parsing, function calling, and tool-use workflows.
2. Agentic Pipeline Development
– Build multi-step agentic workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
– Develop multi-agent systems with task delegation and coordination.
– Implement short-term, long-term, and episodic memory systems.
3. RAG & Knowledge Systems
– Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
– Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, and pgvector.
– Optimize chunking strategies, embedding models, and re-ranking techniques.
4. Evaluation & Observability
– Define and monitor metrics for AI output quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
– Implement evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, LangSmith, and custom testing tools.
– Monitor production AI systems and troubleshoot performance issues and hallucinations.
Required Skills
– 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML application development and deployment experience.
– Strong proficiency in Python, asynchronous programming, and API integration.
– LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
– Agentic AI frameworks: CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Agent ADK.
– OpenAI and/or Anthropic API integration.
– Vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
– Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
– Prompt engineering techniques.
– Function calling, tool use, and streaming.
Good to Have
– Anthropic Claude API and tool-use experience.
– Agent memory architectures such as MemGPT and Zep.
– Evaluation tools: RAGAS, TruLens, and DeepEval.
– LLM security, prompt injection prevention, jailbreak mitigation, and guardrails.
– Open-source AI contributions or published AI projects.
– Cloud deployment experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
– Containerization and serverless computing.
Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
