About the Company
Vanan Online Services provides transcription, translation, voice-over, typing, captioning, and related language services to customers in the US and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales-team operations and ensure individual/team targets are achieved.
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to sales consultants.
Monitor consultant KPIs, prepare appraisal reports, and submit performance updates.
Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Create and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and best practices.
Handle escalation calls, complex customer queries, and complaints.
Work with management on goal setting, target planning, and team-development strategies.
Support frontline consultants during peak business periods.
Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and quality standards.
Promote a customer-first culture focused on satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in sales management or customer-service leadership.
International sales experience preferred.
Strong people-management and team-coaching skills.
Experience with KPI tracking, performance reports, and appraisals.
Strong escalation and complaint-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM and performance-tracking tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Target-oriented and goal-driven.
Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with senior management.
Flexibility to work according to business requirements.
