Retail Sales & Marketing Executive – Chennai

Position: Retail Sales & Marketing
Location: Chennai
Preference: Candidates from Erode preferred
Job Type: Full-time | In person
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
Age: 25–35 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

Key Responsibilities
Drive retail sales and increase sales from nearby retail outlets.
Develop business with hotels and other nearby establishments.
Organize events and promotional activities in apartment communities to increase footfall to the retail shop.
Conduct local marketing and promotional campaigns.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Secure orders from catering services and hostels.
Build and maintain relationships with business customers.
Work toward achieving sales and marketing targets.
Requirements
Diploma or Any Degree.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
Comfortable travelling for field marketing and sales activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Candidates aged 25–35 years preferred.
