Job Title: Retail Marketing Executive
Location: Chennai (Candidates from Erode preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Executive to expand retail sales and strengthen the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products through retail channels, organizing marketing activities, developing business with hotels and catering services, and generating sales from institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Increase retail sales by developing relationships with retail outlets and nearby hotels.
Generate business from catering services, hostels, and institutional customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Marketing Activities
Organize promotional events and marketing campaigns in apartments and residential communities to increase retail shop footfall.
Conduct field marketing activities to improve brand awareness.
Coordinate promotional programs and product demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, hotels, caterers, and institutional clients.
Follow up on customer inquiries and secure new orders.
Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Any Degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing, Retail Sales, or Field Sales.
Required Skills

Retail marketing and business development knowledge.
Customer relationship management.
Event planning and promotional activity coordination.
Time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Eligibility
Age: 25–35 years.
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for field marketing and sales activities.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
