Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking programs.
Promote brand awareness and ensure consistent company messaging.
Manage the complete sales cycle using CRM software.
Create content for marketing and promotional materials.
Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports to management.
