Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business, executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships and driving the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
Identify target markets and establish sales objectives.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Convert prospects into customers and close sales.
Manage marketing campaigns across:
Digital platforms
Social media
Print media
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Participate in trade shows, industry events and networking activities.
Promote company offerings and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
Create content for marketing materials.
Prepare and present sales/marketing performance reports to management.
