Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Key Relationship Officer (RO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving the sales of the company’s financial products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-oriented, energetic, and passionate about customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition
Identify and acquire new customers through various sales channels.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Promote the company’s financial products and services to potential customers.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Cross-sell and upsell financial products and services.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Customer Service
Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and service lifecycle.
Maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, NBFC, or relationship management is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
