Shiga Petals is looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and creative Bouquet Shop Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver memorable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will assist customers, coordinate bouquet orders, maintain store aesthetics, and contribute to the brand’s online and social media presence.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, floral arrangements, and social media engagement in a welcoming and stress-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Welcome walk-in customers warmly and understand their bouquet requirements
Suggest suitable bouquets and floral arrangements based on customer preferences
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Order Management & Coordination
Receive and manage:
Telephonic Orders
Online Orders
Coordinate with the bouquet production team for timely and accurate order fulfillment
Work with florists and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations
Store Maintenance & Display
Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized shop environment
Ensure shop displays and brochures align with brand aesthetics and standards
Support inventory tracking and stock coordination activities
Social Media & Brand Promotion
Improve the shop’s social media presence through regular posting on:
Instagram
Facebook
Other digital platforms
Encourage customers to provide Google reviews
Take proactive steps to attract new and returning customers
Reporting & Administration
Submit daily reports related to:
Billing
Stock details
Customer activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic computer operation knowledge
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with:
POS Systems
Inventory Tracking
Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
Basic knowledge of:
Flowers
Bouquets
Floral Arrangements
