Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
Maintain customer records and complete basic administrative tasks.
Follow company policies and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 10th Pass, Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Age Limit: 20–27 years.
