Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection.
Collect outstanding payments and negotiate suitable repayment plans according to company policies.
Maintain accurate collection records and update reporting systems.
Identify risks and develop strategies for handling unpaid accounts.
Assess customers’ financial situations and establish feasible repayment plans.
Follow up proactively on pending payments.
Coordinate with team members to improve collection processes.
Meet collection targets and deadlines while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
Ensure debt-recovery activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
