Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Broadband Champions / Sales Executives to promote and sell broadband services to residential and commercial customers within assigned territories. This field-based role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through direct customer engagement and local marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell broadband services to prospective residential and commercial customers.
Conduct door-to-door sales and customer acquisition activities within assigned territories.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing campaigns.
Explain broadband plans, pricing, features, and service benefits to potential customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Customer Engagement
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage long-term retention.
Follow up with prospects and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Field Operations
Plan daily field visits and manage the assigned sales territory efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Participate in promotional events and local marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification as per company requirements.
Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, telecom, broadband, or FMCG sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.

Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Eligibility
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
Salary
₹17,000 – ₹18,500 per month
