Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage sales and business development activities across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, promoting industrial products, and achieving regional sales targets. Candidates with experience in textile machinery or capital equipment sales and a strong B2B sales background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned Tamil Nadu territory.
Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing customers.
Generate new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Attend customer service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Sales
Demonstrate product features and technical advantages to customers.
Convince customers regarding product quality, pricing, and delivery benefits.
Coordinate with technical experts to provide customized solutions.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
Share market insights with management to improve products and sales strategies.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily reports on customer visits and sales activities to the sales back office.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and order fulfillment.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
Qualifications
Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
Sales certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience.
Experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
Experience in selling textile machinery or capital equipment is preferred.
