🧾 What You’ll Do (Actual Work)

This is a full responsibility accounts role, not a basic job:

Daily accounting in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
GST, TDS, IT returns filing
Bank reconciliation & bookkeeping
Prepare:
P&L statements
Balance sheets
Cash flow reports
Budget planning & cost control
Product costing (important in manufacturing)
Handle audits (internal + government)
PF, ESIC compliance
Import/export documentation

👉 Basically: You’ll manage entire accounts department

🎓 Eligibility
Degree: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / ICWA
Extra: CA Inter / ICWA (bonus)
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years
