📞 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate with USA clients
• Perform KYC document verification
• Provide accurate information and support to clients
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions

✔ Any Degree qualification
✔ Freshers can apply
✔ Up to 6 months of experience accepted
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Comfortable working night shifts
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Willingness to work in a full-time permanent role

🕐 Working Hours

📅 Monday – Friday: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
📅 Saturday: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
🏖️ Sunday: Weekly Off
