Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller with strong communication skills in English and Tamil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Lead Generation
Generate and qualify new leads.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain an updated lead database.
Sales
Understand customer requirements.
Present suitable solutions and offers.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolve customer queries promptly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Documentation
Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
Update CRM or lead management systems regularly.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
