Job Summary

We are seeking technically skilled and customer-focused SME Voice Technical Support Engineers to provide voice-based technical support to enterprise (B2B) customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting expertise across servers, networking, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, 24×7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide voice-based technical support to enterprise customers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.
Infrastructure & System Support
Troubleshoot issues related to:
SQL Databases
DNS Services
VPN Connectivity
Windows Server Administration
Linux Server Administration
Networking Infrastructure
Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure)
Networking Support
Analyze and resolve network-related issues involving:
TCP/IP
Routing
Firewalls
Connectivity and Performance Issues
Support enterprise network configurations and troubleshooting activities.
Cloud & Application Support
Provide support for Microsoft Azure environments.
Assist customers with cloud service configurations and usage.
Troubleshoot application-level and system-level issues.
Guide customers on product functionality and best practices.
Incident Management
Accurately document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Create and maintain support tickets in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to higher-level support teams.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Quality & Customer Experience
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Follow support processes, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Communicate technical information effectively to customers and stakeholders.
