Job Summary – Network & System Support Engineer

Location: Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer computer networks and related IT infrastructure.
Configure and manage systems software, application software, hardware, and network devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Monitor and maintain antivirus solutions and email systems.
Support users by diagnosing and resolving network and system problems.
Design, configure, and test networking and operating system software.
Provide technical support for customer and partner networking projects.
Create and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation.
Ensure network security and system reliability.
Required Skills
Experience with:
Switching
Routing
Firewalls
Antivirus solutions
Surveillance systems
Hands-on experience with:
PoE Switches
Managed Switches
Wireless Access Points (APs)
Wireless Controllers
IP Cameras
Knowledge of network security and infrastructure management.
Ability to prepare network documentation and topology diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of relevant networking experience.
Diploma or Degree in Networking, Computer Science, or related field.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
