About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a leading Solar Energy company in Coimbatore. The role involves coordinating and overseeing solar sales and service projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, sales teams, purchase teams, stores, and service departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor solar sales and service projects from initiation to completion.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales, purchase, store, and service teams.
Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Manage client interactions, address concerns, and provide timely project updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve coordination issues.
Assist in process improvements to enhance project execution efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination.
Prior experience in the Solar Industry is highly preferred.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client relationships effectively.
Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
