Job Summary

INFOBELLS is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Delivery Executives to promote and sell educational books associated with its popular children’s educational YouTube channel. The role involves field sales, product delivery, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Promote and sell INFOBELLS educational books to customers.
Explain product features and educational benefits to parents, schools, and customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Product Delivery
Deliver educational books to assigned customer locations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Collect payments when required and maintain delivery records.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting
Maintain daily sales and delivery records.
Submit reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the office regarding inventory and deliveries.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Mandatory Requirements
Own a two-wheeler.
Valid driving license.
Willingness to travel for field sales and product delivery.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
