🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to support quality standards across manufacturing operations.

The selected candidate will monitor production processes, inspect materials and finished products, conduct quality audits, analyse defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Conduct measurements, visual inspections, and functional testing
• Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Record and analyse product-defect and production-trend data
• Document and report non-conformances
• Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits/inspections
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain accurate quality records and reports
• Recommend process improvements to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field
✔ Freshers are welcome to apply
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Good documentation and reporting skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-data analysis tools
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
