About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Information Technology & Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and team coordination skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors while driving project excellence, process improvements, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and track milestones against planned objectives.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates and progress reports.
Address stakeholder concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
Foster collaboration, productivity, and professional growth within project teams.
Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices.
Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Ensure proper documentation of project decisions, risks, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT Services industry.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong track record of delivering projects within budget and timelines.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
