About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate residential and villa construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination skills, site execution knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of residential and villa construction projects.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Monitor resource allocation, material requirements, and project milestones.
Identify project risks and support timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Facilitate communication between project teams and management.
Conduct site visits and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of residential and villa construction projects.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in Residential Projects / Villa Projects.
Strong project coordination and site management experience.
Willingness to work from Coimbatore.
Male candidates preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
