Job Summary: Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer (PCB Design Engineer)

Position: Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer (PCB Design Engineer)
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and prototype analog and digital electronic circuits.
Develop hardware schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) using EDA tools.
Design and review PCB layouts for thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and functional safety teams.
Perform hardware testing, debugging, validation, and worst-case analysis.
Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
Support FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis) activities.
Troubleshoot issues identified during electrical, thermal, and EMI/EMC testing.
Ensure products meet customer requirements and international quality standards.
Required Skills
10+ years of hardware design experience.
Strong expertise in:
Analog and Digital Circuit Design
PCB Design
DC-DC Converters
Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amps)
EMI/EMC Design
Worst-Case Analysis
Experience with:
Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar EDA tools
Oscilloscopes, multimeters, and debugging equipment
Hardware schematic design and BOM creation
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in automotive, industrial automation, or other high-reliability industries.
Knowledge of Functional Safety and FMEDA.
Experience with international hardware design standards.
